So it seems our chap, not due to make his appearance in the world for another 4 1/2 weeks, is set on arriving early. The doctor told me this morning that I am 2 cm dliated and 50% effaced. This is a good thing, except that the nursery isn't ready, and the crib is still in its box. So just in case, we made a trip to my aunt and uncle's house to borrow the crib my uncle made to hold my assorted cousins. We had planned on borrowing this lovely crib anyway, but I feel much better having it ready now. Just in case.
